Returns and Exchanges Policy

• Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
• Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for exchange unless faulty.
• We do not currently offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
• If an exchanged item is unavailable, a store credit or voucher may be offered.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• K&E Jewellery recommends using a tracked postal service when returning items.

Important: This policy does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by consumer protection rules.
